ConvDoctor Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

ConvDoctor is operated by IE Vasenov Maksym. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have appropriate authority.

2. Current service

Explorer V1 synchronizes authorized marketing data and provides Analytics, Opportunities, Recommendations, AI Assistant, Strategist, Marketing Chat, Research, Campaign Planner, Changes, observational Impact, and Optimization. Feature availability depends on configuration, permissions, data freshness, and external APIs.

3. Accounts and connected resources

You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding credentials, and having the right to connect every Google resource, including when acting for a client or organization. You must not bypass workspace authorization or access another party's data without authority.

4. Analytics and recommendations

Analytics, opportunities, recommendations, and estimates are informational. They depend on source data, attribution, account settings, and synchronization timing and may contain delays, omissions, or discrepancies. Missing data does not mean zero.

5. AI and human review

AI content is advisory, may be inaccurate, and is not financial, legal, or other professional advice. ConvDoctor applies schema and evidence checks, but users must review context, assumptions, and suggested steps before making a decision. AI does not approve or execute external changes.

6. Research and Campaign Planner

Research uses available connected-account evidence; unavailable market metrics remain unavailable. Campaign Planner creates local, versioned drafts for Search, Standard Shopping, and Performance Max Retail. A draft, AI enhancement, AI review, or local approval does not publish a campaign.

7. External-change boundary

Explorer V1 does not create, publish, or modify Google Ads campaigns and does not modify Merchant Center products. Changes shows local proposals, states, or historical records; this release does not provide a way to apply an external change.

8. No performance guarantee

The service does not guarantee ROAS, conversions, revenue, savings, ad availability, or any other business result. Impact is an observational comparison and does not prove that a recorded change caused an outcome. Business decisions remain the user's responsibility.

9. Third-party services

The service depends on Google APIs, OpenAI, and other necessary infrastructure. Their policies, quotas, permissions, formats, availability, and behavior may limit operation. ConvDoctor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google.

10. Acceptable use

You must not violate law or third-party rights; submit malicious content; misrepresent identity or authority; overload the service; gain unauthorized access; or circumvent security controls.

11. Intellectual property

ConvDoctor and its original software, design, and materials are protected by law. You retain rights in data you lawfully provide. These Terms grant only the right to use the service while access remains authorized.

12. Availability, suspension, and termination

Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features or access may be changed, suspended, or terminated for security, breach, unlawful use, operational needs, or third-party limitations. Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IE Vasenov Maksym is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, source-data errors, or decisions based on recommendations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
